Dan brings over 30 years of comprehensive executive business experience and progressive accomplishment as a results oriented strategic finance leader. He focuses on organizational design and financial systems optimization, strategic planning and investment analysis.

As former Curis Partners and Nueterra Capital CFO, Dan directed extensive financing and banking relationships, investment analysis and financial reporting for healthcare operational and real estate companies. He originated numerous private portfolio companies throughout the United States, including syndication, financing, equipping and systems development. In addition to de novo development, he led various acquisitions and divestitures, including valuation and transaction negotiations.
