During her professional career, responsibilities have encompassed Leadership, Management, Business Development and Information Technology.

Prior to joining Core Catalysts, JoLinda founded JMV Professional Consulting, Inc. providing Advisory and Governance, Strategic Planning, Organizational Design/Change Management, Business Development, Business Plans, Technology Direction, Complex Negotiations and Mergers/Acquisitions.

While at IBM, as a World-Wide Account Executive, she was responsible for working with C-levels to understand the convergence of data and technology and how it is transforming various industries in every way. This was accomplished through her leadership as the executive for strategic deals responsible for the overall sales efforts worldwide, leading multidisciplinary teams, and integrating technologies and services required to meet the needs of the clients.
