Jaime is a strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience managing technology and professional service organizations.

Jaime’s clients and work has spanned a variety of industries, with a focus on Technology, Professional Services, Financial Services and Manufacturing businesses. 

Prior to joining Core Catalysts, Jaime spent more than 15 years managing technology service delivery and operations. She served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer for Unitas Global, a private-equity backed technology company that grew 30% year over year during her tenure.

More recently, Jaime served as COO at a Kansas City-based technology service provider, where she improved operations efficiency and managed the organization to record-setting profitability.
