RESOURCES

Core Catalysts maintains a knowledge base of various tools that assist our team members on projects. The tools are composed of processes, methodologies and templates that have common re-use to them depending on the client situation.

We sit down with our clients to understand their business challenges first and foremost. Many times, we document our understanding of the challenged areas so that we are on the same page with our clients. Next, we review our past solutions and capabilities, and our alliance networks to determine if and how we may be able to assist. Then we deliver our approach including timelines, methodologies, resources and business terms. Next, we gather our team needed to deliver the results and proceed with the engagement with the appropriate client kick-off and status meetings until the goals are achieved

Other tools available to our consultants and clients include white papers, professional organization presentations, industry research, case studies and deliverable examples that speed the delivery on subsequent client engagements. We find that in some cases, our clients expect us to use their methodologies and standards while in other cases, we are expected to bring the approach and methodologies to the project. We also bring third party relationships to the table where there may be specific tools and solutions available on the markets that are best for our clients.
