Jim has more than thirty years of experience, ranging from building telecom networks, to managing outsourced IT services, to starting up several businesses.

Since founding Core Catalysts in 2011, Jim’s clients and work have spanned all industries, with specific focus on Science and Technology, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Insurance, and Financial Services.

Prior to founding Core Catalysts, Jim worked for large consulting firms and with a variety of corporations throughout the country.

Jim is renowned for his collaborative approach with clients and team members. Jim’s focus while building Core Catalysts is based on his key principles of hiring and retaining great consulting talent, deeply understanding each client, their business, and their needs, and ensuring a fanatical focus on client business results, and the processes used to achieve those results.
